Here is just a tip for the “Internet grapplers” that like to try submission techniques on eachother just for fun (nothing wrong with that) but just keep in mind when you do a heelhook it doesnt really hurt untlil it snaps, its not like an armbar so you want to do it in a controlled fashion…

Thanks for the technique – from your starting postion, I would have been likely to look for a clock choke – as a gi practitioner. You gave me another option for when there is no gi or label to grab. Thanks, again.
