@J0hnFreeman Yeah man. Having an olypic bar is excellent to have not just for benching. You could also do resistance single arm punches with it. I’ll be putting atleast 3 more compex routines so be on the lookout
ima buy an olimpic bar just for this workout lol and workouts like randy couture grappling circuit and stuff
