milkandhoneymovie.com We have left our jobs and are currently traveling the world. On July 24th 2010, we happened to be in New Orleans, Louisiana (NOLA). We went to a local gym and met two very interesting female Mixed Martial Arts fighters, Amanda Lauland and Ginger LeBlanc. We asked them to share their stories with us. They gave us insight into how Hurricane Katrina has affected the personality of NOLA and left behind a fighting spirit amongst the people. This is our submission for YouTube’s Life in a Day.

Cool movie..makes you think about natural disasters once the media has moved on. Who were the articulate women? They had a lot of interesting things to say about Katrina, Louisiana and life as female fighters. Hope to see moe of them in the future.
