There could be a few things…1) Not drinkning enough water, 2) not eating within an hour prior to your workout and not ingesting something with 2-1 Carbs to Protein after 3) may still be out of shape (I still feel extreme nausea and fatigue after I finish one of these workouts – THAT’S THE POINT!
The better shape you get into the less of this feeling you may have along with implementing more H20 and eating the right foods before and after workout

Hey! Love the workout, and especially the body weight concept. Really makes getting a good workout in convenient, and no excuses not to! I started this routine last week on a M W F schedule to see how my body would react…so far so good and now I was wondering if u have a suggestion for something to do on like T Th or T Sat? Great videos man and love the energy, keep it up!

Check out the Exclusive Spartacus Bodyweight Workout Program and use that for the next 4 weeks…LOL and TIMO you don’t have to worry so much about the table, as every workout in the Bodyweight program is done at different locations, so knock yourself out, burn some fat and get totally ripped and stop worrying about tables! – Good Luck – get the link from the YouTube info section – Your Friend and Coach – The Funkster
