Hello there, have you tried “Musclegend” (search on Google)? There you will find a nice free video showing the best way to build up visible lean muscle quickly. It made it possible for James to overcome his muscle mass building stagnation and thus pack on ripped muscle mass free of fat fast. I hope it works for you too.

Everyone is different. It depends on your fitness level. But most people will be good doing this workout 1 time per day for 4-5 x per week.
