very useful, but that rotational deadlift is the campest looking thing in the world. all you need is a tight pink t.shirt and some gay disco music.
Outstanding workout. One question: what is the major difference in effect between the shoveling and the rotational deadlift. I see one goes all the way to the ground and one doesn’t but what is the major difference in effect? Thanks!!

This is an amazing workout no joke! Just tried it today and I thought the spartacus w/ kettlebells was intense but when the sandbag is combined this is the ultimate workout. Thanks funk for filming this.
