@drakespeed123 Make sure to do some high intensity burpees in your routine, it will improve your cardio and full body exercise. I also recommend these following exercises to implement in your training. Handstand p/u’s off wall or freestanding for shoulders. Dips for triceps. Any kind of explosive pushups for chest. Weighted pistol squats for legs. Twisting chinups for biceps- in my new vid… Muscle ups and pullups for back…. No fast foods or junk foods or sodas.

@patriotcz1 hey thanks, i do only bodyweight exercises for all muscle groups. Wether using weights or bodyweight, the main thing is to make sure to do a lower, mid, and upper chest exercise.
@Fazioenterprise do you trainonly bodyweight or do youtrain benchpress too? u have got good chest muscles
@milesrulezz I dont work the same muscle the following day. This is a full body circuit, and i just throw it in on top of my other calisthenic workouts about once or twice a week to mix it up. You could even make a circuit up of just 2 or 3 specific muscle groups that didnt get worked with you prior day calisthenic workout.

U are probably one of the most in shape guys I’ve seen. I’m definately gonna give this workout a try. Ur workouts are insane. It would be awesome if u made a video on what ur diet is like.
search and download for Performa Ball on itunes. gives you a great core stability ball workout which is great for core, balance, strength toning etc. There are over a 100 exercises.

@HumiIiation Yes this is a circuit is good for mma training. Thats why i was using alot of plyometrics in it… from the pullups, pushups, and uppercuts. The burpe bag slams or just burpes alone are one of the best all around exercises and very aerobic. Give it a try, each exercise was to target a different muscle.
