This is a very good workout for the SHOULDERS, I was expecting chest due to the title of the video though. …Still a good workout regardless

The video is great. I think this is the toughest workout that I see home chest workout. It would surely take me months before I can do this. I do happen know a link of a site that gives FREE workout plans in gaining lean muscles and helps you improve you appearance for the lean muscular look.
