WOW, I just read his article this month in Playboy and did not even know he was doing this. He is now 50 and even in better shape he said he was beat up 15 times in 8th grade, he was a fat kid with a bad stutter and made fun of his whole life. He still runs 3 miles in the morning 5:30 am, does 2000 sit ups and 500 pushups everyday then trains hours for MMA. He goes to church and never curses. This GUY IS SOMETHING ELSE. He also says he only eats at dinner 1 meal a day. hard to believe..PEACE !
